The Bureaucracy Index is a transparent and fairly simple tool that measures bureaucracy based on the number of procedures, hours, and costs associated with bureaucracy for businesses in Ukraine in the current year.
The Bureaucracy Index is currently measured in 10 Central and Eastern European countries, but Ukraine is joining the ranking for the first time in 2018.
