Together, we are creating a modern system of public administration where professionalism and trust are the norm. PGA is a community of Ukrainians with Western education and experience who have united to build effective public administration and a society of the future. The main goal is to create a platform to improve the quality of governance and form the best government in the world for Ukraine.

"Professional Government" / NGO "Professional Government".

The Ukrainian Association "Professional Government" / NGO "Professional Government" was established in 2014 during the Revolution of Dignity by Ukrainian graduates of world-class universities - as a response to society's demand to actively participate in building the state and replenishing the Government with professionals with international experience.

Unites more than 25 Ukrainian alumni organizations, over 2000 Ukrainians with international education:

PGA's Philosophy - to help pro-bono, based on the vision and free time of team members. The first grant project - 2024.

In the period from 2014 to 2016, PGA earned trust as a highly qualified pool of international experts, acting as a pro bono agency for the government and providing expert resumes within 24 hours of receiving a request from Ukrainian ministries.

Since 2014, we have implemented over 150 events, facilitated the employment of 150 Ukrainians with Western experience in the Ukrainian government, and supported research and educational initiatives for civil servants, including activities to enhance the prestige of public service and raise awareness on current issues.
