PGA Strategy

  • Advocate for the performance evaluation of the Ukrainian Public Service;
  • Develop better KPIs for the public service;
  • Establish cooperation with G7 embassies in Ukraine and key international organizations through the PGA Diplomatic Initiative;
  • Represent and promote the PGA cause abroad through the PGA Ambassadors Program;
  • Unite PGA members and advance the cause within the organization through the PGA Political/Network Initiative.

Develop and implement the PGA Civil Service Feedback Loop initiative, i.e., a baseline assessment followed by annual qualitative research on Ukraine's public service in cooperation with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law at Stanford University, and the Kyiv School of Economics.

Reforms of the public service and help Ukrainian civil society, the government, businesses, and international donors track and communicate the progress of reform implementation.
