Mission

Key problem: many conferences take place, but they do not create mechanisms for lasting solutions and partnerships.

Solution: The Berlin-Ukraine Strategic Cooperation Forum is not a one-time event but a permanent working platform that:

  • Brings together the public sector, defense industry, business, and academia.
  • Helps launch joint projects, investments, and innovations.
  • Strengthens public governance and the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU standards.

Platform format

The Forum operates in two dimensions:

  1. Annual strategic conference in Berlin.
  2. A year-round working hub based at Ostinstitut Wismar and PGA:
    • expert groups,
    • consultations,
    • institutional dialogues,
    • launching partnerships,
    • business support,
    • work on PAR and EU-alignment.
