Full Membership
Benefits:
- Participation in PGA elections with voting rights.
- Access to all PGA events, both offline and online, including exclusive closed events.
- Involvement in small working groups for focused discussions and initiatives.
- Opportunities to work on projects with international partners, gaining global expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Active participation in at least one project or activity annually, including participation in expert groups.
- Potential service on the PGA Board as a Board Member or a Support Committee Member at least once within five years, provided the member has not previously served.
- Adherence to PGA values and the Charter.
- Encouragement to support PGA’s efforts through voluntary donations via Patreon.
Requirements:
- A completed degree from a leading international university and/or a substantial internship (more than 6 months) in the public sector at a foreign institution.
Supporting PGA
Members are encouraged to contribute to the PGA’s mission beyond their professional expertise by making voluntary financial contributions through Patreon. This support is optional and allows members to further the reach and impact of PGA’s initiatives.
Accepted Members are notified via email upon review of their application.
Associate Membership
Benefits:
- Access to PGA’s online events. Opportunities tailored to Associated Members, aimed at paving the way towards Full Membership.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in at least one project or activity annually, including participation in expert groups. Adherence to PGA values and the Charter.
- Encouragement to support PGA’s efforts through voluntary donations via Patreon.
Requirements:
- High moral standards and professional potential, targeted for gradual progression towards Full Membership.

Associated Members are encouraged to contribute to the PGA’s mission beyond their professional expertise by making voluntary financial contributions through Patreon. This support is optional and allows members to further the reach and impact of PGA’s initiatives.
