PGA and EasyBusiness started a collaboration on the development of Bureaucracy Index in Ukraine.
Bureaucracy Index is a simple and transparent instrument, that “weights” bureaucracy on the number of procedures, hours, and expenses on bureaucracy for businesses in a given year.
Bureaucracy Index is already implemented in 10 Central and Eastern European countries, but Ukraine has joined it for the first time.
